Embroidered Caps and More

Custom embroidery is the ideal way to lettering caps, jackets, and many other products for corporate branding, schools, and teams. What really sets any high quality embroidery apart from the competition is the digitizing. Do not fall into the trap of having your digitizing done by the lowest bidder, if the digitizing is bad, there is nothing an embroider can do to make your logo better. Digitizing for computerized embroidery is a one time investment and is well worth the extra cost to have it done perfect.

Custom Dye Sub Designs

From “Spot” Dye Sub designs to full cut and sew dye sub jerseys sublimation is one of the most creative ways to customize your apparel. Create multi-colored, and photo realistic designs with sublimation. Sublimation utilizes special dyes that allow you to permanently dye your fabric, which is why you do not “feel” the ink, because there is no ink, the fabric color is changed. That is why this process is typically done on white garments. Garments need to be 100% polyester for the most brilliant result, however, if the garments have a minimum of 50% polyester you can still use this process, although the design will not look as brilliant. Sublimation transfers are breathable, durable, and will not fade.

Spot Dye Sub is $8 per location with a 12-piece minimum order requirement. ($15 for custom personalized names like player names and/or numbers)
