Inside Account Rep / Customer Service
This positioning is perfect for those with great communication skills and attention to detail. The Custom Screen Printing and Embroidery is a fun business; so if you have sales and/or customer service experience and are looking for a change and a fun environment and product, this could be for you.
Day to day responsibilities include promptly answering emails, website inquiries phone calls, and walk-ins. This is a full time position with that includes a base salary plus commission. In shop hours would be 8am-5pm, however, in peak seasons some out of the office order processing is needed.
Applicant must have some experience with Microsoft EXCEL.
